Mexican artists Peso Pluma and Neton Vega have secured spots on Spotify’s Top 50 chart with «Morena» in the United States, making them the only Latin musicians currently featured on the popular streaming list.
The milestone marks a notable moment for regional Mexican music and a return to the spotlight for Peso Pluma, who previously topped global charts with viral hits like “La Bebe” and “Ella Baila Sola.”
While their success on Spotify stands out, neither artist has achieved similar rankings on other major platforms such as Apple Music or YouTube Music, where they have yet to break into the top 50.
